
Female Managers are Generally Better Managers than Male Managers
What is the meaning of management? Management is process of working with and though others to achieve organizational objectives in a changing environment. Central to this process is the effective and the efficient use of limited resources. So is it better if female can be a good managers than males? I am agreeing with the statement about “Female Managers are Generally Better Managers than Male Managers” because female are more passionate than male. Female can do well organize her job more effectively and efficiently because she tends to adopt a more democratic leadership style.
Female can prove herself if they know their mistake. She mostly can make a good plan, well organized to the job, lead the company, and control the employee. She can arrange her job. A female manager must have a strong soul, not to sensitive, and easily to cry. For example: Sinta is a manager from Company X. She is a nice person, good personality, have a good relation with her employee, her job is very well too, but easily to cry and panic if there something mistake of her job. A manager should have a good responsive skill, so when the problems come he/she can quickly solve the problem. Calm and can handle the situation after you finish the problem.
I think female or man can be a good manager, but we must see from the people who become the manager. If the manager is female but the result of her job isn’t good enough so try to find another manager and that is back to the people who become a manager.
The effective manager is not just become a figurehead but also going straight into the field. She/ he must have a creative idea, and can make a good relation between the employees. We can see a manager become a successful manager from the company. Is it the company get a high-profit?
